Size Selection & Pre-Shipment Fit Confirmation Notice

To help ensure the best possible fit, we offer an optional pre-shipment size verification service for customers who are unsure about their selected size.

How it works

If you’re not fully confident about your size, you may contact us after placing your order by clicking “Chat with us” in the bottom-right corner of the page and providing the following body measurements:

  • Chest circumference

  • Shoulder width

  • Arm / sleeve length

Our support team will review these measurements before shipment and verify whether the selected size is appropriate.

Important notes

  • If you send us your measurements through the chat, this will be considered authorization for our support team to adjust the final shipping size if necessary, based on our fit assessment.

  • If a size correction is required, the order will be shipped with the adjusted size to ensure a better fit.

  • To maintain efficient order processing, we may proceed with shipment after the size is confirmed, and additional confirmation messages may not be sent prior to dispatch.

Why we do this

Our goal is to reduce sizing issues, avoid unnecessary returns, and ensure that customers receive the most suitable fit whenever possible.

If no size-related message is received before shipment, the order will be processed and shipped according to the originally selected size.
