Please follow our detailed measurement guide carefully. We recommend using a soft measuring tape and, if possible, having someone assist you. The accuracy of your measurements is essential to achieving a perfect fit.

Due to the personalized production process, custom garments are typically produced and delivered within 3-5 days. Please plan your purchase accordingly.

Order Confirmation & After-Sales:

When you submit your order, please double-check that all the measurement details are correct. Custom-made items are usually non-returnable unless there is a significant production error or a major discrepancy from the measurements you provided. If any issues arise, please contact our customer service within 7 days of receiving your product, and we will work with you to resolve the matter.

In order to complete the customization process as quickly as possible, after you select the customized size and successfully pay, provide our online customer service with specific customized size information, including two ways of providing: First, provide the chest circumference, shoulder width, length, sleeve length, hip circumference, waist circumference and other information of the clothing.
