3. Duties, Import Taxes & VAT

Your local customs authority may charge VAT, import duties, or other fees on your package. These costs are not included in the product price or shipping fee you pay at checkout and are your responsibility.

Due to varying international regulations, we cannot estimate these charges.

The total shown at checkout includes only the item price and shipping cost, not any potential import fees.

Small personal packages often aren't taxed, but if duties apply, you must pay them promptly to avoid delays, seizure, or return of the package. For details, please contact your local customs office.

 4. Payment Failure Handling

If your payment cannot be completed (for example, a message such as “Credit/Debit card by PayPal – INSTRUMENT_DECLINED” appears), it usually indicates a temporary decline by your card issuer or PayPal.

To resolve the issue, you can: 

Retry the payment after a few minutes using the same PayPal account; 

Try a different payment method (another card or PayPal balance); 

Contact your card-issuing bank or PayPal support to authorize the international transaction; 

Or email our customer service team at info@caseclearwear.com for payment assistance or a new checkout link. 

Declined transactions do not result in any charge. Your funds are only withdrawn after a successful payment confirmation.
