Payment Failure Handling

If your payment cannot be completed (for example, a message such as “Credit/Debit card by PayPal – INSTRUMENT_DECLINED” appears), it usually indicates a temporary decline by your card issuer or PayPal.
To resolve the issue, you can:

  1. Retry the payment after a few minutes using the same PayPal account;

  2. Try a different payment method (another card or PayPal balance);

  3. Contact your card-issuing bank or PayPal support to authorize the international transaction;

Declined transactions do not result in any charge. Your funds are only withdrawn after a successful payment confirmation.
