Refund & Exchange Policy

We offer a 90-day return and exchange policy from the date you receive your item, this means you can request a return within 90 days of receiving your order.

We offer free return shipping only for returns due to quality issues or incorrect items.

We will cover all shipping costs and taxes if the return or exchange is due to:

  • Product quality issues (defective items, general quality problems).

  • Size deviation greater than 3 cm compared to the size chart shown on the product page (see our size guide for how to measure and choose your size:  Size guide ).

  • Wrong item shipped.

  • Items damaged upon arrival.

Customer-Paid Returns & Exchanges (Customer Responsibility)

If the return or exchange is requested for reasons not related to product quality, you are responsible for:

  • Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer
  • Re-shipping fees for exchanged items.
  • Any customs duties, import taxes, or related handling charges incurred during the return or re-shipment.

Typical customer-responsibility scenarios include (but are not limited to):

  • Ordering the wrong size due to not following the size chart on the product page. Size guide
  • Change of mind, regret, or other subjective reasons.

Alternative option: You may choose to keep the item and receive a store credit (equivalent to the estimated return shipping and duties) to reorder the correct size or another item.

Exclusions & Limitations

The following are not considered quality issues:

  • Minor color variations caused by display devices or lighting.

  • Size tolerance within 1–3 cm.

  • Normal workmanship traces (e.g., minor loose threads, non-functional small imperfections).

Return Eligibility

  • Items must be in original condition, unworn/unused, with tags and original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase is required.

  • Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at Email: info@caseclearwear.com with your order number, reason, and photos.

  2. Wait for approval and instructions; approved cases will receive the return address and RMA steps.

  3. Ship the item back using a trackable service and keep proof of postage.

Refunds

Once the return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Processing time by your bank or payment provider may vary.

Cancelling Order

You must cancel your order within 24 hours of ordering and before the order has shipped. Otherwise, we cannot intercept the order.

EU 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

For EU orders, you may cancel or return within 14 days without reason, provided items meet the return eligibility requirements above.
